Caroline Gavin

Caroline is a passionate, positive, and professional executive coach.  Her work draws on over 20 years’ experience leading teams and delivering growth within the international corporate FMCG environment. With a focus and passion to support individuals, teams and organizations   Caroline actively encourages learning, reflection, and action. In this way they achieve positive change and growth to perform at their best through improved self-awareness. She is fluent in Spanish.

Caroline also offers Coaching-Led Consultancy for strategic growth. As a Tophat Associate, Caroline has recently co-coached a team with Harriet.

Caroline’s ‘Empowered-Youth’ coaching programmes and workshops in schools is making coaching available to a broader, and younger audience giving the the chance to experience this powerful catalyst for positive and lasting change.

Marwa El-Ansary

Marwa combines deep thoughtfulness and spirituality with a practical approach to getting stuff done. As a senior international development management consultant and coach from Egypt and Canada she is culturally adept and effective. She is strongly motivated by the belief in a strength- based organisational culture. All staff will do better and have impact when they are efficiently using their strengths.

Marwa is a certified peer-peer coach and mentor, from OXFAM GB. She also provided in- house mentoring & coaching for the National Council for Lebanses Women (NCLW) staff in Lebanon (2yr EU-funded staff capacity building program). She is bi-lingual in English and Arabic, and has been based out of Cairo since 2015. Marwa is a TopHat Associate delivering coaching to management leaders.

Edward Jospé

Edward is a thoughtful, down to earth, calm and pragmatic coach. He gets things done without drama.  Edward’s coaching builds on a successful career in the travel industry. There, over nearly 30 years, he learned to listen to and guide many satisfied clients for a successful business. Edward is an ICF acredited ACC coach with a current specialisation in post-grad students as well as young adults who are on the first few steps of their ladder-of-life. His clients come to him to figure out how, in the first instance, what it is they actually are seeking to achieve and then moving on to making the changes to unlock their future. Edward is bilingual in French and English and is based in London

Edward is a member of the Climate Coaching Alliance. He is passionate about climate change and how this can be incorporated in coaching.

Thomas Lewinsky

Thomas Lewinsky is a curious, thoughtful and direct executive coach. He is an advisor and constellation facilitator with over 20 years of humanitarian and broader NGO expertise.

Thomas particularly enjoys the complexity of strategic, organisational and capacity issues.  He likes it when the answers are not always immediately obvious. He can  combine the harder strategic aspects of change with the underlying political choices to be made. For success, Thomas  ensures that people are effectively on board to ensure ownership and collective commitment. As a TopHat Associate Thomas is part of a team delivering coaching to senior managers.

The key values that Thomas brings to coaching are empathy, a safe space for putting the cards on the table, and a deep-felt commitment to help the coachee operate on the basis of an authentic, congruent and dedicated personal foundation.

Katie Freeland

Katie combines a clearsighted business head with patience and a compassionate interest. She is a coach/mentor, a business owner and HR/Talent management specialist. Katie grew up in a family-run business and then managed her own while raising her family. Drawing on this experience, she specialises in supporting business leaders and their employees with her practical knowhow and understanding.  Katie’s coaching support ensures that talent, values and work experience can align to deliver success.  Her approach  focusses on the development of self-awareness and behaviour management using NLP techniques, behavioural science and team behaviour assessments.  She has supported her clients through conflicts, complex change and mergers.

Katie’s work is guided by a belief in fairness and curiosity.  In her spare time Katie volunteers at the largest male prison in UK supporting inmates with money management. She says there is plenty for everyone to learn in this experience!

Jo Kemp

Jo Kemp is quiet, smart, focussed and kind. She has over 14 years experience in the humanitarian and development sector and provides coaching, mentoring and facilitation services. As an economist and a coach Jo works with organisations in the UK and overseas. Her clients include UN Senior Managers, bi-lateral and multi-lateral donors, Government(s) and international NGOs. Jo uses a range of approaches and tools in her work including resilience coaching, partnership brokering, remote partnering, systemic team coaching and therapeutic coaching.

Jo believes that effective coaching rests on integrity and autonomy.   She is a trustee of Conciliation Resources

Hannah Neill –

Hannah is smart, professional and calm. She is a communications specialist and a coach who builds on eight years experience in the medical communications and advertising sector. Hannah leads brand revitalisation and comms campaigns as well as a variety of medical education programmes. Her experience equips her to respond to the needs of individuals and teams working in the high pressure world of agencies.

Hannah’s coaching clients are often working on resilience, confidence and finding work-life balance. Her work focusses, in particular, on shifts in mindsets and the ability to reframe our perception and response to circumstances.

The values that Hannah brings to coaching are authenticity, curiosity, and empathy. She creates an honest space where her clients feel heard and challenged. In this way they have an opportunity to see their story through a different lens and build the power to grow and change. Hannah is actively involved with a local not-for-profit organisation, providing a mix of coaching and comms consultancy for charities on a voluntary basis.
