This is a highly interractive, practical, fun and demanding course. Participants join us on a journey as we pass through the Gateway to Leadership together and build a community of excellence and collaboration. The course unlocks potential and develops courageous and able leaders seeking to double their impact.

Great leaders know themselves and are able to balance a focus on relationships and tasks. This is a path of self-discovery and skills development and each participant will consider his or her need to change, learn and grow.

The leader-learners join us on a journey that focusses on core leadership competencies.  Participants find the course uniquely interactive and engaging as it is embedded in the experience of the workplace. Like coaching, we demand the active participation and accountability of all the our leader-learners as they use and test and learn from the content. And we will all be held accountable to do so!

Learners gain a developed set of skills and practical knowledge of each competency. In addition, they will have colleagues across learning groups for continuous development of mastery in and beyond the course. With the pacing of the course, participants have time to put skills and learning into live-time practice in their workplace environment.

🙋 Who it is forGroups of between 15 – 30 new and established leaders who are committed to participating and ready to learn. 

🧾     What can participants expect?

  • 18 hours of on-line, facilitated training over nine months, concluding with a short written performance plan statement and a certificate. 
  • Each month they will have a short competency webinar supported with background materials. This is followed two weeks later with 1.5 hour practical, facilitated group-based interactive session. The work is supported with an on-line learning community area for Q&A to consolidate learning. 
  • A TopHat certificate on the basis of a final write up of key learning
